• Market Data: We use third-party API services to fetch general market data (stock prices, option chains). These API connections do not access your personal financial information.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

The financial data you upload is processed solely to provide the core functionality of the software (risk calculation, portfolio analysis, and trade tracking). We do not sell your financial data to third parties.

4. Data Storage & Infrastructure (Google Cloud)

• Hosting Provider: Our software infrastructure and database are hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Google Cloud acts as our Data Processor.
• Data Location: Our servers are located in data centers within the European Union to ensure compliance with European data sovereignty requirements.
• Security Measures: All data stored is encrypted at rest and encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL protocols.
• Data Processing Agreement (DPA): We have a DPA in place with Google ensuring compliance with GDPR requirements.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services. Upon account termination, your uploaded data will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with our retention policy, unless required otherwise by law.
